Aqueous solution of persimmon extract obtained from the fruit of Diospyros kaki Thunberg (Ebenaceae) and stabilized with 1,3-butylene glycol and organic acid salts. It has a strong deodorant effect on odors of nitrogen compounds and short-chain fatty acids, and can be dissolved in alcohol .
