Hydrophobic nonionic emulsifier (W/O type). Excellent self-emulsifying ability. It contains glyceryl oleate citrate (approx. 0.05%) and tocopherol mixture (tocopherol approx. 0.02% and Oryza sativa bran oil approx. 0.01%). Recommended for creams, milk lotions, serums, gel cleansers, bath salts, facial treatment masks. Soluble in vegetable oils, castor oil, mineral oil, ethanol. Insoluble in water. HLB: approx. 7
