Hydrophilic nonionic emulsifier. Available as solubilizer. Possible to make oil based facial cleanser with excellent water solubilizing ability in combination with SALACOS DG-158. It contains tocopherol approx. 0.05%. Recommended for oil based facial cleansers. Soluble in low polar esters, mineral oil, ethanol. Insoluble in high polar esters, vegetable oils. HLB: approx. 11
