Trimethylquarternized salt of polypeptide obtained by hydrolysis of edible wheat protein. It is more effective than hydrolyzed wheat protein since it has quaternized terminal amino group. It improves foaming power and stability. This shows good substantivity to hair and helps restoration of damaged hair due to cystine.
